Daniel Wagenblast hat an der staatlichen Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Stuttgart Malerei und Grafik bei Peter Grau und Rudolf Schoofs studiert. Erst nach dem Studium begann er mit der Holzbildhauerei. Neben zahlreichen Auszeichnungen erhielt er 1996 das Stipendium der Kunststiftung Baden-Württemberg. Die Arbeiten von Daniel Wagenblast sind in bedeutenden privaten und öffentlichen Sammlungen, seine Außenplastiken sowie Platzgestaltungen in ganz Deutschland, England, Polen und Frankreich zu finden.

Daniel Wagenblast studied painting and graphics with Peter Grau and Rudolf Schoofs at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart. Only after completing his studies did he start carving wood. In addition to numerous awards, he received the 1996 scholarship from the Baden-Württemberg Art Foundation.
Daniel Wagenblast's works can be found in important private and public collections, and his exterior sculptures and plazas can be found all over Germany, England, Poland and France.
